The Browns had high hopes for their defensive 

 front going into the season, but the inside 

of the group hasn't exactly lived up to expectations.

Perrion Winfrey, a rookie defensive lineman who

has been in and out of the lineup this season, has come under fire.

Last week, Winfrey missed Cleveland's defeat

 to the Bills due to a head injury that left him in

concussion protocol. This was his most recent absence.
